cotton farmers, and started a school campaign for girls education.

Cotton farmers in Benin suffer from high prices for seeds and
fertilisers, and from low international cotton prices. The Dutch
minister for Development Co-operation stressed for reforms in
the cotton sector, otherwise she will withhold funding for the
Benin goverment. |
